Bell’s Oberon Variety Pack Review: Part 2
Once I sampled all three varieties from the Oberon pack, I came to the realization that there was more work to be done. I decided to get creative and mix and match the varieties to see what combining these delicious summer beers would taste like.

Cherry and Mango Habanero
This combination is a winner. The cherry flavor helps with dialing back the habanero heat that hits you right up front with a stellar mango finish on the back end of the beer. The next time I buy this variety pack I will absolutely be doing this combo again on a hot summer day.
Cherry and Citrus
The idea of combining these two beers gave me the most intrigue and I was most excited for this mix. Everyone makes poor decisions in life and sometimes what looks to be good ideas end up being bad ideas. This was exactly that. This combination was terrible. Never again. Huge misfire on my end, but if you want to try this combo, be my guest.
The Three Headed Monster (Official beer name pending from Bell’s)
The final combination I tried was of course all three varieties combined into one. I enjoyed this beer but it wasn’t nearly as tasty as the Cherry and Mango Habanero mixed. I wasn’t able to notice any of the mango notes in the beer which left me mildly disappointed since I had to still experience the habanero heat from the same beer. I enjoyed this combo but I’m not sure how soon I will be trying this one again.
