12 Days of #108Mas: Too $hort – The Hanukkah Song

I’m a fan of holiday music and I’ve written about it a few times. But I’m always on the lookout for something new and especially for something different. And while this isn’t new, it’s sure as hell different. Why did Too $hort put out a Hanukkah song? How did you find this? Look, some questions should go unanswered. I will tell you however, that when I shared this with my 108 fam, MySoxSummer replied “they definitely only recorded one take”. I can’t help but agree, but at the same time, how often do you get to hear the guy who gave us Cocktails throw down rhymes with Yiddish words. It’s not the best track you’ll hear this holiday season, but it’s well worth your 2 minutes.
