During this off-season, one thing that has been very clear to me. THEE Chicago White Sox have been paying attention to…US. If it was just a one off thing, sure, it could just be a coincidence. But when you keep seeing these signs, it’s more than that. Let’s start it off with the biggest thing..
SoxFest @ Ramova?
Way back when, the White Sox announced that SoxFest was returning for 2025. No details were given and we had to wait 301 days or 43 weeks or 7224 hours or 433,440 minutes or 26,006,400 seconds or 82.24% of 2024 to get the details! Aside from a slew of changes, one thing seemed pretty familiar…THE VENUE!

Oh yeah, that was US (and Sox Machine). We did it LIVE! too! Look at these beautiful bastards.
Good to see the White Sox keeping it local and investing back into the community that supports it!
Season Ticket Holder Discount!
Last year I was in the middle of writing a blog about giving full season ticket holders a 20% discount on all concessions when they announced that all full season ticket holders would get a 15% discount on all concessions. You can read it here…
But that wasn’t good enough and the White Sox KNEW they had to make it right. So in a email sent to season ticket holders on 12/3/24 the White Sox announced that the discount would INCREASE and BE EXTENDED TO partial plans in 2025. Take a look…
It also incorporates another thing I have complained about, treating those who buy a full season plan a wee bit better than those who buy partials. It plays into my elitist mindset and makes me happy to get an added benefit for spending more money.

Oh my! How fun would it be to go on an organized road trip with other White Sox fans?!??! Oh it’s fun, and that’s why we have done it multiple times already (again with our friends Sox Machine)!
