A White Sox Off-Season Uncomfortable Question
My guy Matt Zawaski invited me on the Pinwheels and Ivy podcast last night, the link to the live video stream is below….
At ~57:30 in the video, I ask the group a question which I am unclear about the answer….it’s a question that may or may not have an immediate impact on the 2021 White Sox, but as you start to accumulate your thoughts on what the White Sox should do or could do this off-season, it’s one you should probably ask yourself.
WHICH YOUNG WHITE SOX PITCHER HAS THE MOST TRADE VALUE???
The contestants….
DYLAN CEASE

Pros – Velocity, Spin Rate and Dashing good looks
Cons – Can’t find the fucking strike zone with a map
DANE DUNNING

Pros – Command and Control, and classic handsome nerd look
Cons – Limited upside
MICHAEL KOPECH

Pros – Elite stuff and incredible flow
Cons – Off the field stuff (redacted)
These are uncomfortable questions to ask, but they are inevitable questions as we, White Sox fans, go tumbling head first into an unprecedented window of competitive baseball.
